The ECO550UPS, by Tripp Lite, is comprised of four battery back and surge suppression outputs and four surge suppression-only outputs, three of which offer an intelligent, power-saving design that power off any attached unused equipment. As well as a USB port (cable included) allowing for built-in power management and automatic shutdown, controlled via Tripp Lite's free PowerAlert software. Convienient audible alarm and front panel LEDs offer easy status information regarding line and battery operation. The unit's 550VA/300W power allows entry-level PCs power up for up to 17 minutes, mitigating data loss and allowing time for shutdown.
