2.4GHz, 3.5GHz and 5.1/5.8GHz Panel Enclosure Antennas Now Available at L-com Global Connectivity
NORTH ANDOVER, MA - 03/25/2010 - L-com, Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of wired and wireless connectivity equipment, today announced the availability of a new family of Panel Enclosure Antennas for 2.4GHz, 3.5GHz and 5.1/5.8GHz wireless networks.
These new space-saving Panel Enclosure Antennas are simple to install and are particularly well-suited for tight-space applications. And, in spite of their small form factor, they provide enough internal space for an Access Point or Bridge Card behind the antenna. They also feature weatherproof, quick-connect and -disconnect feed thru jacks, enabling plug in PoE connectivity after installation.
To service the unit, technicians can simply disconnect the CAT5 cable and remove the whole antenna without having to open the radome and unwire the radio from the antenna.
