L-com Launches Economy Series USB Cable Assemblies
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. (October 22, 2015) - L-com Global Connectivity, a preferred manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, announced today that it has developed a new line of economically priced USB 2.0 cable assemblies.
The new CGU2AB series cables were developed to address applications where a lower cost cabling solution is required. Although the CGU2AB series feature a lower price point than L-com’s other USB cable lines, they are manufactured, tested and verified to meet USB 2.0 standards.
“Our new economy series USB cables were developed to address our customers’ requests for a high performance cable at a lower price,” said Steve Smith, Product Manager. “The CGU2AB series offer one of the better designs on the market for the price,” continued Smith.
The CGU2AB series cables feature braided shielding to protect against EMI/RFI, 28 AWG power conductors and molded back shells for durability and long life.
