L-com Launches GigE RJ45 Ethernet Cable Assemblies
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. (October 13, 2016) - L-com Global Connectivity, a preferred manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, announced today that it has released a series of GigE RJ45 Ethernet cable assemblies.
L-com now offers GigE RJ45 Ethernet cable assemblies specifically made for machine vision applications. The GigE connectors on our assemblies are built to meet the vision standard and are perfect for machine vision camera and PoE applications. Screw mount hardware provides a secure connection and is beneficial in many applications where standard RJ45 connectors can become dislodged due to jostling, vibration, gravity, etc.
These rugged assembles are built with L-com's outdoor-rated, industrial, high-flex cable for maximum durability and are excellent for outdoor, industrial or harsh network installations. These cables are also double-shielded to minimize EMI/RFI interference and feature a Flame-Retardant Thermoplastic Elastomer (FR-TPE) cable jacket to protect against oil, sunlight (UV) and weld splatter.

L-com's GigE Ethernet cables are available in GigE to GigE RJ45 and GigE to standard RJ45 configurations with either a Category 5e or Category 6a rating. Custom lengths, labeling, connector configurations and packaging are available.
