L-com Releases Outdoor Rated Cat6a, 6 and 5e Bulk Cable for Harsh Environments

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. (May 4, 2017) - L-com Global Connectivity, a preferred manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, announced today that it has launched a new series outdoor rated bulk cable to address harsh environment and outdoor Ethernet networking applications.

The new cable series includes the TOFC6A-BLK which is a Cat 6a direct burial cable with 23 AWG solid conductors, the TOC6A-BLK, an outdoor rated Cat6a cable with 23 AWG solid conductors, the TOFC6-BLK Cat 6 direct burial cable with 23 AWG solid conductors and the TOFC5-BLK and TOFDLC5-BLK which are Cat 5e, direct burial cables with 24 AWG solid conductors.

“Our new outdoor rated bulk cables are the perfect solution for outdoor networks where extreme conditions exist. These cables were designed to withstand the elements while providing the highest network throughput in any outdoor installation,” said Dustin Guttadauro, Product Manager.

These new bulk cables are available in 1,000 foot spools and are in stock for immediate shipment.
