New DVI Extender Uses Cat 5 UTP Cable to Extend Up To 100 Feet

NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- November 20th, 2009 -- L-com Global Connectivity has announced that it now offers a UTP DVI Extender for sale on its website www.L-com.com.  The extender kit consists of two DVI Female connectors to Cat 5e jacks to be installed at each end of a Cat 5 UTP cable run.

This new product will join a long list of extension and conversion equipment offered by L-com.  Just for DVI alone, L-com carries splitters, DVI to VGA converters, boosters, equalizers and more.  That is in addition to HDMI, VGA, KVM, and a myriad of other extension and conversion products that L-com sells.
