They have durable metal shells with high EMC resistance, a robust rating of 5,000 mating cycles and up to 10gigbit through-put for Category 6a or 7 use. High resistance to vibration and motion along with a lockdown pins contribute to a 25N disengage force which allows ix connectors to function in spaces where a standard RJ45 would fail. IXJ-V-A is a PCB mount type ix Industrial jack/female with A type keying and a vertical orientation. It is designed for PCB mounting and has 5 robust through-hole contacts to secure the jack to the PC board.
