Description

The HyperGain Model HG5158P is a high performance broadband flat patch antenna designed to operate from 5.1 GHz to 5.9 GHz (5100-5900 MHz). The Wideband design of this antenna eliminates the need to purchase different antennas for each frequency. This simplifies installations since the same antenna can be used for a wide array of in-building wireless applications where wide coverage is desired. See above for applications by frequency range. The antenna measures 4.5" square and combines 8 dBi gain with broad coverage. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and can be oriented for either vertical or horizontal polarization.

Rugged and Weatherproof

Sealed internal elements and an aesthetic UV-stable, UL flame rated white plastic radome help ensure many years of trouble free operation. This antenna can be wall or ceiling mounted, as well as mast-mounted using U-bolts.

Applications for this antenna includes:
  • 5.3 GHz, 5.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz Band Applications
  • IEEE 802.11a Wireless LAN
